Loading screen is on infinite mode. I have uninstalled, cleared cache, memory wiped, all of it. I even contacted support and they said to do what I just did, so not helpful. I put so much money into it, now I am upset, so I don't recommend this game until devs fix the issue! But I do love the game while it worked

I found a fix it's a the Google play games app have to uninstall it and run pocket Morty without Google play games app but only downside is you will have to start over cause of removing play game app I hope the devs look into this.

This is a great game, had no issues except for the music randomly stops whenever i played longer than 2 mins. Tried everything from reinstalling and stuff but still can't do anything about it. Hope that will be fixed soon ☆

It's been 3 years, this app still won't work for me. I reinstalled 11 times and I give up. Contacted support 24 times and even Adult Swim games. It doesn't work anymore.

This is brilliant. This game is the only mobile game I play. Not pay-to-win, not covered from head to toe in ads. It has interesting gameplay and mechanics. It operates like a more difficult Pokemon game, where you play as Rick, training up different Mortys from the show. It's filled to the brim with cool references, easter eggs & characters, and is a completely fleshed-out video game. It also has the least-intrusive in-app purchases I have ever seen in a mobile game. Bravo, truly 10/10.

I am a long time fan of the show and I played this game back in 2017 all the time. I decided now that a whole bunch of new stuff was added I should go back and play it. it is easily a 5 star game for me. But my save files fail to load at the start. When I tried to load up my original save from 2017, it just vanished. I can get past the pick a save menu. If I could get this fixed. Even if I have to start from scratch again I will 5 star it.

The game is very good and so much fun to play with! When I'm in the bus I play with this app almost for hours. But when I deleted the app and reinstalled it ALL my data was gone, just removed. It's really frustrating because I was a level 20 and it really shocked me. Hopefully this bug gets resolved in the future but nonetheless, great game !

I have been reinstalling this game for a couple of times now cause I love it since it was released. The only reason I keep being disappointed and uninstalling it is the bug that leaves you on a loading screen and when I did what you told me through email before about reinstalling, my data gets lost. It's in the cloud save file but it won't load and starts again. I just had fun this couple of days while in quarantine playing this. Now it's back to being disappointed again.

I love this game and I need/want to redownload it because my phone broke. So I got a new phone, same exact phone, tried to download and install the game but I keep getting a notification at 99% saying, "app can't be installed". What's going on here, cleared and restarted everything and still getting the same notification that I can't download app.

It's a REALLY fun game but I went to buy 40 of the tickets and the charge went though and I have the receipt but my account never showed the tickets. I mailed the support email but it says the receiveing mail server isn't configured properly so I can't get support

I love the game and my Mortys! The gameplay is basic but good, the graphics are cute and stellar for a mobile game, and, the section of Mortys is pretty cool. My only issues are problems with the game being stuck on a loading screen when logging on and or not connecting to google play for my saves to be played.

Legit everything apart from the fact the game does nothing but cheat in every battle is fine. It's a really good game but it's starting to annoy me now. I've lost out on a LOT of medals because the computer would take like 3 shots before I could even take my hit..and before I get the chance..my morty is dazed. Please sort this out.

I really like this game, but there are too many game breaking glitches for me to give it a better rating. I have had two glitches happen so far. The first one being the three saves glitch. Each time I reopen the game it takes me to a save list. When I click on the most recent save it just sends me back to the same list without ever taking me to the game. If you click the same save file for a while you'll eventually open up the game like normal or it'll just crash. Ran out of space for glitch 2

This game is playable for old players again, if you are an old player then follow these instructions. First you need to make another email then you need to open Google play games creat an account for the new email then change account for games and change the account for this game to the new accounts email. It's a great game, decided to pick it back up again after about two years, but I have the same problem every time I reinstall it. Over five years, with three different phones, I've only been able to play short term before the game locks up and only ever stays on either the loading screen or the main menu. Superbly done game, hilarious and I love that they actually use rick and morty's voices. and quite frequently. I posted a negative review previously due to an issue with not receiving something I paid for; but hadn't realized that I had gotten an email offering a refund! I think it needs a little nerf... The trainers you battle are way to strong to where you can only defeat one maybe two and then you have to fight rick for a badge....the attacks say 95% hit ratio but they miss (for me) probably 6/10 times which becomes exhausting . but otherwise its a good game

I can see why some say it's too hard in some parts, but I like some hard games and think this one is good, but not amasing compared to some RPG games like earthbound. I remember getting dead many times and getting more money takes a while. Sometimes I skip to the boss if I can pass enough enemies to get there 😹 . Oh well, it's decent and not the worst rpg I have played.
